Busy Bee Embroidery Return and Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 20, 2025

Thank you for your order from Busy Bee Embroidery! We appreciate your business and want you to be completely satisfied with your custom embroidery products.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our embroidery services, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized or customized products.

All of our embroidery work is done to your exact specifications, making each item unique and non-returnable once production has begun.

We take great care to ensure that all custom work meets your specifications before shipping. Please review your order details carefully before approving production.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.

To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at 210-879-7109 or grrael@beeembroidery.com.

Cancellations requested after 24 hours may be subject to cancellation fees depending on the production stage of your order.

Once production has begun on your custom embroidery, orders cannot be cancelled and no refunds will be issued.

Refunds for Defective Products

If you receive a product with manufacturing defects or embroidery errors, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will require photos of the defective product to assess the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Approved defective product returns will be refunded or replaced at our discretion. We will cover return shipping costs for verified manufacturing defects.

Normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage after delivery does not qualify for refund or replacement.

Late or Lost Orders

If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us for assistance.

For orders that are lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to locate the package or issue a replacement.

Refunds for late or lost orders will be considered on a case-by-case basis after investigation with the shipping carrier.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund on their end.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
